    • Guest：Having stayed in this hotel for 6 days 5 night during this Christmas. Would like to share some of my experience. (1) Hotel hardware: view and facility is good..The room is central air conditioning. Only warm air is available in Winter.? Howver there is air-conditioning outside the room. We felt more comfortable than in the room. In order to make the better ventilation, we need to request the hotel to provide the fan in the room. It is ridiculous in 5 star hotel. (2)Hotel software: the staff in the first floor and hotel cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. But the staff at 69 floor (the room check-in floor) are totally different. No regards , no smiling, no greetings from them. Is it the culture of Hyatt ? Or just a specific case. No more Hyatt brand.
    • Guest：住61层270江景房，视野无敌！服务质量没得説，很热情！早餐有不少重庆特色，离解放碑、洪崖洞都很近！浴缸氛围感好！
    • Guest：让人主动想写好评的酒店真的不多了！服务太好啦而且非常贴心。今天下雨门口的服务人员一直陪非凡国际等到车来帮非凡国际把行李拿上车，车停在马路对面，还怕非凡国际被雨淋到。感觉非常非常温暖！还有偶遇的保洁阿姨，还有前台小姐姐，包括健身房服务人员，都非常温暖。重庆美好的两天有酒店一大半功劳。
    • Guest：位置很好，很多景点都在附近。酒店楼层比较高。酒店所占的楼层不多。 入住时候送了鸡尾酒虽然没有去使用。 总体感觉还可以
