    • 会员3883：本来犹豫要不要去中英街，但是看到这个酒店还是决定去了，当是体验一下无人智慧酒店。酒店位置根据导航就能找到，到中英街走路大概20分钟。房间很大，设施很新，布置也比较时尚。房间所有的灯都是人体感应的，但是有一点，我晚上睡觉翻个身，房间的射灯就亮了，害我晚上醒了几次。缺点是这个地方还是太偏了，没有什么店子，要走到中英街才稀稀拉拉几家店，可能是春节的原因？
    • 会员5394：[位置] 沙頭角口岸到酒店走路大概10分鐘內可到達 酒店門口外是菜市場 走20分鐘可以到壹海城 [wifi] 房間內有二維碼 微信掃一掃就可以連接wifi [房间大小] 鹽田店的房間大小都比東門店/八卦嶺店的大 [隔音] 隔音不好 其他房間關門的聲音聽得很清楚 [房间设施] 廁所裡面沒有掠毛巾的地方 淋浴地方裡面沒有置物架放沐浴露洗髮水 只能放地上 浴室的玻璃門膠片破爛排風壞了也沒人來修 睡覺到半夜貼在門上的消防疏散圖突然掉了下來 都給嚇醒了 [服务] 服務不好 要一包面紙也要等15分鐘以上才有機器人送過來 晚上房間空調不涼壞了 打去給客服 客服說會安排服務員過來看 但非凡国际等了整個晚上也沒有人過來弄空調 [性价比] 房間大 但設施少 有用的設施都沒有設置 房間有問題只能打去給客服 但在酒店內卻沒有服務員立刻跟進 要等很久 效率低
