La cama no tenía sábanas limpias ni fundas limpias olía horrible y marque para que me cambiaran la cama y nunca nadie me atendió tuve que dormir en el sillón lo demás Excelente pero lo importante además de insalubre no debe pasar

Muy lindo lugar, servicio al cliente deficiente
Desacierto que no tengan un teléfono en el loft para comunicarte a la habitación. El cel lo contestan muy poco. No sacaron la basura al momento de hacer limpieza y cuando pedí apoyo en la tarde que regresé, me dijeron que no había nadie que pudiera ir por ella sino hasta el día siguiente.

Property was great, just had an issue with the parking team not being around when needed at night time.
Lobby was called multiple times before getting off and made contact with the concierge who then assisted.

Everything you can ask for, many things to eat and with a 24hr grocery store close by and a fully stocked kitchen you can make your own food.

Buenos días mi punto personal sobre los servicios en este hotel, la verdad me agrado mucho y si vuelvo a Guadalajara me hospedó en este mismo lugar. Es más si alguien pide referencias sobre un hotel tenga la plena seguridad que recomendaría este hotel. Muchas gracias y buen día

El lugar es muy acogedor, muebles y cama super cómodos, las instalaciones super limpias, la atención de las chicas de recepción muy atentas y pendientes a los msjs, solo ya en el horario de la noche el velador me supongo muy indiferente su actitud, 0 al Pendiente del teléfono y no nos agradó mucho tener que bajar del vehículo para subir al lobi, pedir que nos abrieran la cochera para ingresar y terminarán diciéndome toca el claxon y mi compa?ero te abre, de ahí en fuera todo excelente
