喜洲鎮最好的位置，停車場就在旁邊，步行兩分鐘到達四方街，而且是邊逛邊走，眼睛不閑著~旅游淡季給免費升級了房間。三進院的大宅子，有小朋友活動的空間，有閱覽室，有酒吧，次日還組織住客對當地歷史、民居民俗和建筑做觀光講解游覽，可以說服務很超值了。唯一不足是老宅改建的客房，光線不太好，我還是喜歡陽光充足的房間。

The owners of this hotel, the Linden’s were both wonderful and gracious. They have been longtime residents of Xizhou and certainly expressed their love and care for this town.
However, if you’re looking for a true 5-star hotel experience, you may be disappointed. Unfortunately, the hotel manager, Mr. Yang, bears much of this responsibility.
On arriving at Xizhou around 5pm, we were led to our room on the second level and tried to settle in after a long trip on the road. While laying in bed, we smelled noxious fumes emitting from the bathroom, somewhat akin to raw sewage. We decided to go out and grab a quick bite to eat before it got too dark, flushed the toilet and ran the water to see if the odors would clear up upon our return. When we returned to the hotel around 7pm, we went directly to housekeeping to see if we could get some mosquito coils to burn due to the bathroom plumbing odors and swarms of mosquitoes that followed us. Housekeeping graciously gave us some coils to burn and we spoke with Mr. Yang to see if perhaps another, less smelly room/bathroom was available.
Mr. Yang appeared to be concerned about the smelly plumbing and showed us a few other rooms. We went through five different rooms before we were able to settle in for the night. Either the rooms were swarming with mosquitoes or smelled very moldy. Most upsetting is that Mr. Yang initially tried to convince us that there were no mosquitoes, pointing to his own bare arms as he wore a t-shirt. We had both seen mosquitoes and we were running around trying to avoid them during dusk. Once Mr. Yang took us to another possible room, where we saw a number of mosquitoes flying inside the room. He then, changed his story to “these mosquitoes don’t bite”, he then asked if we had O-type blood and then admitted that could prove “more problematic.” He asked us to reconsider our original room to see if the odors would have subsided. While it was better, it still stunk. So, we asked to see another room.
We went through a few more rooms since some smelled strongly of mold or only offered one smallish bed. When we finally settled on a room, we were told we might have to move the next day due to another customer’s reservation.
Despite that threat, we didn’t have to move. We did get bit by mosquitoes during the night while we slept, but luckily only spent three nights there.
When our local guide came to pick us up and take us to another destination, Mr. Yang told our guide that we were difficult customers to please. Our guide, who we used three days in a row, told us what Mr. Yang said, because he couldn’t believe Mr. Yang’s comment. Our local guide, Little Ho, said we had very reasonable expectations and couldn’t see why Mr. Yang bad mouthed us behind our backs. We felt this was really unprofessional and unwarranted.
We hope other travelers will be aware of our experience and wish the Linden’s our best.

幾年前入住過楊品相府非常喜歡，這次帶孩子去的，定成了嚴寶成府，因為喜歡楊品相府的露臺可以看到成片成片的稻田最后換到那邊。非常棒

一個有情懷的酒店，一個有心的洋人老板。非凡国际住在寶成府，位置非常好，步行兩分鐘便是鎮中心，早晨的早市，午后的慵懶，夜晚的繁星，印象最深刻的酒店，沒有之一。
