Weekend stay was awesome ?? Food ?? as well Eavh n every staff is having smile on face with lot of Courtsey Too.. The Room ambiance n Bed Linen as well Cleaning n overhaul experience is simply wow..??????

It was truly an amazing experience at Woods Retreat. The ambience was superb. The food quality was excellent. The staff was extremely cordial. From the time we entered the resort till the time we moved out, we created lots of memories and the entire staff assured all time support to make it cherishable. Loved it .

Stay was amazing hotel is having amazing view , well trained staff and nice food. Feedback 1. Need to replace curtain with heavy one else very difficult to sleep 5 in the morning feel like 11 . Also the property lights come inside the room as the curtains are transparent or not so heavy to hold the lights which make difficult to sleep in the night or early morning.

The resort was located far from munnar town, and the maintenance was very poor. Basic needs were also not satisfied at the resort. For emergency also we can't get any help from resort because mobile network issue and intercom will not work.
