The room has a spectacular night view that allows us to watch the magnificent fireworks from the balcony in a private and quiet manner. It’s wonderful, and we wish to visit again!

森の空中散歩や、露天風呂を含めた溫泉、砂場のカフェなど特に子供が楽しめる環境が良かったです。またディナーや朝食のレストランもマカロン作りなど子供が楽しめる內容があり、とても楽しいひとときが過ごせました。

The rooms are big but sparsely decorated. Bed mattresses are hard and uncomfortable. They provide very limited amenities in the bathroom. Finally, considering that is marketed as a family resort, there are very limited and simple number of activities.
On the positive side, staff are very professional and dedicated to improving customer experience. Additionally, breakfast is abundant and with great variety.
Overall, this place is not worth the price. It would be rated at best a three stars in international markets.

諸事情でここに泊まらざるを得なかったが、來て后悔した。西洋型溫泉目指しているかもしれないが、大人や歐米人には向かない。サービスのバランスが悪い。例えば、部屋は広く、大きな大きなクローゼットがついているが、ハンガーは２個だけ（1人に1つ）。空調が効かない。レストランでは、まだ空いていて、窓際希望を伝えたにもかかわらず、壁際の13番の札を渡された。曇りにもかかわらず、カーテンを下ろしっぱなし。従業員同士で客の悪口をよく言っているな。値段の割にお愿いしなきゃなんないことが多くて、バランス悪い。

部屋からの景色が素晴らしかった。初日は雨模様でしたが、それなりに夜景が綺麗でした。翌日帰る日でしたが、晴天となりバルコニーでくつろげました。寒いので少しの時間ですが家族寫真も撮りました。部屋も開放感がありとてもくつろげました。特にバルコニーに面したガラス張りのサンルームがセレブ感です。

I used Google translate bc K live in a large minka in Kyoto and only speak and write Japanese. This was an amazing hotel. When we got in the staff were friendly and the room was incredible and spacious. Even the bathroom was spotless. The kids enjoyed the ball pit, my 9 year old daughter loved it and played for an hour. The indoor beach was good and we had fun in the sand. The rock climbing wall is nice and padded so the kids won't get hurt. The pool was gorgeous and weswam for almost 3 hours. The food was super yummy. When my 6 year old hurt his knee, a kind staff member gave him a bandaid and a lollipop, lol. The kids ballroom smelled a little strange and when I told them they said sorry. I want the ballroom to be nicer but other than that I had a truly incredible experience. If you want a great, memorable trip with your family, pick this resort. Will totally come back. Even my husband liked it.

facilities are good to kids, my kids love the pool, hotel provides handcrafting to kids. Tree house trail is nice. Room is big and cozy, adult can relax at hot spring. My family loves this hotel.

未就學児2人の子供と家族4人でいきました。久しぶりの家族旅行でゆっくり滯在することを目的にいきました。5歳の娘が、ボルダリングとキッズスタジオのシェフ體験に大喜びでした。どのスタッフの方も親切?丁寧でとても楽しかったです。 ホテルからの景観もよかったし、ビュッフェも子供が食べやすいものも多く助かりました。アジフライやステーキ、ラーメンなど大人も満足のメニューもたくさんありました。

生后半年の記念に宿泊。ホテルで全てが完結し外に出る必要が無いというコンセプトに初めて出會い、魅了されました。安くない値段ではありますが、平日に休みを取っていけば負擔は少ないのでお勧めです。トップシーズンに高い値段を払っていくのはどうかなとも思いますが、子連れで旅行ができるという安心と楽しみを頂きました。ありがとうございます。
