Excellent location with airport limousine stop just down the hotel. Very close to department stores for shopping. The hotel service is excellent. However, the overall facilities are dilapidated.

房間剛從新裝修過，感覺更新凈舒適，兩張約1.4床拼在一起，睡房外有一個小客廳，空間感十分足夠，早餐更加是不能錯過。

加入飯店聯盟會員可享用貴賓室飲料點心，清酒啤酒暢飲。房間內裝較老舊也小，優點是距離車站非常近。飯店內沒有投幣式洗衣服務算小缺點。

Great hotel with underground link-way via APIA Food Hall at basement.
No worry for rain or heavy snow thus elevator doesn't run to link-way at basement in early morning. Do check the timing with hotel.
Many restaurants at APIA Food Hall.
Extremely convenient within 5 min to JR station.

Good location which is just 2 minutes across Sapporo Station. Walkway from Sapporo to hotel at basement, there are 2 staircase along the way which might be a challenges for those with luggage. Room is very small for single and I cannot open my mid-size luggage on the room floor, need to put it on my bed after opening. Reasonable price if you like the location.

Right opposite JR/subway. Close to attractions. Lots of amenities provided in the lobby. Would recommend.
