Hotel Universo molto curato. Al centro di Fiuggi Terme di fronte all’ingresso Fonti Bonifacio VIII. Vi abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza estiva. Calorosissima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari Mauro e Stefano e di tutto lo Staff sempre disponibile e premuroso ad accogliere ogni esigenza. Ci hanno assegnato una bellissima stanza con balcone panoramico. La pulizia è curatissima. Ottima cucina. Inoltre, cosa inaspettata, durante il soggiorno ci sono state offerti due incontri per presentazioni di libri nonché due graditissime serate con tanto di presentatore, cantanti (tra cui i proprietari Mauro e Stefano) e musicisti di grido. This was OK but not great. Room (108) was very dark and we found it quite noisy. We were disappointed not to have the facility to make a hot drink in our room.
However, it was OK for a couple of nights.
Bem localizado, perto de pra?as, bares e restaurantes. O estacionamento é pago, fica no predio em frente e o acesso à vaga n?o é prático, achei caro para o que é. No quarto o ar condicionado n?o funcionava, disseram que iam providenciar alguma solu??o e n?o fizeram nada. Nota 7/10.
The hotel is located about 20 min walk from the city centre. Lot of shops in the neighbourhood. But also a very busy street just outside of the hotel.
Breakfast was OK.
Staff was not good. Not attentive at all, and sometimes directly rude.
One person in the reception was OK.
The location of the hotel was quite nice. It was clean and tidy. The rooms were good. Had some trouble with the airport pickup, would rather advice to book a taxi online on Speed taxi Albania.
No halal food options.
