The location of this hotel was near to the centre and there were loads of restraunts nearby and also it was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was good

Great hotel, we stayed here for 6 nights in October 2024. Lovely, helpful and friendly reception staff. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty, the waiting staff were always polite and friendly. Our room was lovely and clean and the lovely cleaner on floor 2 was always smiling and friendly. The free cycle hire is a great bonus to get around this beautiful area. Sennagalia is a beautiful historical town with lots of lovely bars and restaurants to choose from. A great market to browse round on a Thursday. Short train the to the lovely city on Ancona. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will certainly be back .

From the minute, I arrived it was an amazing experience. Staff couldn’t do more for you the quaintness and beauty of the hotel. The location is perfect. The dining room staff was amazing. The food even better loved every minute that I stayed there walked across the street and on the beach location is perfect for restaurants and walking Into city. Center Will be returning next year??????

De uma maneira geral n?o foi mau. Ficámos nos quartos virados para as traseiras onde se vê uma pequena cascata, e vê se a serra. O pequeno almo?o muito fraco, com pouca variedade. A limpeza, em 4 dias só arrumáram o quarto, n?o houve troca de toalhas nem de len?óis e fronhas, nesta altura que se transpira tanto, pelo menos uma vêz podiam ter feito. Os funcionários s?o simpáticos e atenciosos. A piscina encontra-se fora do hotel, a uns metros dali, e serve 3 hotéis. N?o gostei muito dessa situa??o mas prontos foi o que pode ser.

Overall this hotel is fantastic. Location is good, room is spacious and comfortable, many ammenities and the staff is all lovely.
Unfortunately whoever cleaned my room didn’t do it very well. There was a used hairtie on the armchair and garbage between the bed and window so I didnt want this person touching my things so left the do not disturb on.
Also when I booked the room it said I would have a balcony but I didn’t. I asked about changing to a balcony room but was denied.
Alda went above and beyond with her service helping me set up things outside the hotel. She is a gem.
