Hotel con una excelente ubicación, en plena Gran Vía. La atención del personal fue muy buena. Tienen una terraza en su novena planta con buenas vistas a la Gran Vía, donde puedes tomarte algo y disfrutar de la tranquilidad (algo difícil en esta ciudad).
Nos dieron una habitación reformada y no podemos sacarle ningún inconveniente, era amplia, con un ba?o enorme y todo muy limpio.
Sin duda volveremos.

Hotel bien situé bon repas c'est cuisiné. Je recommande le repas marocain 2 fois par semaine très fin. Le personnel au petit soin pour les h?tes. Mme Janati Idrissi très à l'écoute. Le SPA est très classe.En dehors des vacances scolaires nous avons passé un séjour calme est détendu

By no stretch of the imagination can this hotel be considered 4 star. Not even 3 star. Walls in bedroom are so thin that you can hear everything that the people next door say. The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The only good points are the location and the very friendly staff. Bathroom hardly ever cleaned in a week. In desperate need of a refurbishment. At breakfast one has to queue for 15 mins to get some hot water for tea or coffee
