Abbiamo appena trascorso 6 giorni in questo hotel,siamo stati veramente bene ,la struttura avrebbe bisogno di un restyling, ma c'è tutto, noi avevamo una camera,con terrazza e lettini ,l hotel si trova in pieno centro ma in strada tranquilla, camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione buona,grazie anche alle ragazze Valentina e Gurleen molto professionali e simpatiche, la cena OTTIMA veramente da provare,parcheggio interno in più piscina interna con idromassaggio e sauna, vorrei ringraziare tutto lo staff veramente cordiali e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta!Bella vacanza GRAZIE!
Staff were friendly and the room was perfect for 3 of us for the night. Very nice breakfast that was included with our stay. Easy walk to train station and to center of town.
Great value for a stay in Bologna. Excellent location in the middle of everything with some nice cafes on that street. Staff was also very nice, and the room was cleaned every day.
Booked this place for my family while attending my daughters dance competition at the convention center and they loved it, they said it was conveniently located near the center and very clean, they would recommend and stay again

I love this motel and everything about it. My only complaint is the initial smell of the room when you first walk on.
You get used to it after 5 mins of being in the room but still happens after 3 visits.
Nice stay
Very nice stay. The rooms were comfortable and very clean(!). It would be great if there was an in-room mini-fridge. Location next to a starbucks and near restaurants is convenient. Nice to stay somewhere that isn't one of the chain hotels.

This is the best small budget hotel I have ever stayed in, although I am a very picky person, if this hotel can provide breakfast and dinner of the quality that matches its decoration and facilities, I must describe it as "excellent".
If I were to visit that area again for accommodation I would have no other alternative.
