差評，服務特別的差而且沒有誠信！
第一，我當天晚上大概11點半CHECK IN, 但等了半小時才能處理，我當時已好累了。
第二，為此客服送我一張晚餐劵致歉，我次日早上就要離開酒店，特此問客服我能否送給我朋友用？他説可以的，但只能給一位，然后我讓我朋友過去了，你們卻説不行，必須是本人享受，但為何早上我與你們溝通説可以呢？我朋友還特意跑過去，結果你們沒有誠信！！！

酒店離火車站很近，走路就可以達到，周邊有便利店很方便，但是入住期間旁邊在修路，比較吵，總體感覺還可以！

房間面積很大，很衞生，床和枕頭很舒服，睡眠質量很好，離波茲南皇宮和其他人文景點很近，早餐非常豐盛，絕對是波茲南最好的酒店之一
