  • Guest：Loved it!
  • Guest：前台弄错房间并且帮非凡国际预订了错误的航线行程，导致非凡国际自费来回船票费用浪费了时间和钱。
  • Guest：1. The buffet breakfast is tragic. 4 days I a row the same stuff, which are maybe the cheapest options available. The bread is dry, no boiled eggs, no cheese, no ham, basically almost nothing. Sometimes, the fruit such as watermelon were also bad. 2. Dinner buffet, no idea. Dinner from the menu is good but could be hit and miss, portions are good. Never tried lunch. 3. Renovated bures/rooms are clean, although you can find issues if you look. There are bures that are not renovated, such as old timber floor, extra dirty sofa under the seating space, tragically awful front doors and the mattresses are not great, on the soft side leading to high lower back pain. 4. Towels, sheets and pillowcases are not ok, sometimes smell like sweat. 5. The baby portable cots are AWFUL. Broken underneath, no real mattress provided, basically not suitable to any standards, better put your baby on the floor. 6. Service is smiling and friendly, but only intentional and this is not real and pure for me. 7. Sometimes service is intentionally delaying requests, just because they can. 8. Location is good but you need boat, ferry, heli transfer, and all these cost extra and a lot. 9. Nature, reef, birds, fish, turtles are amazing. 10. Does not worth it, maybe if it is 200-300 per night I can accept it, but the resort is in a bad state! In general, avoid. I'll not return there and not recommend to anyone unless you want to prove my points wrong :D
