Pleasant stay and great location considering it’s attached to mall of America

At check in time, the staff member was quite rude. Have you ever had your passport thrown back into your hand? Well, if not and you want to experience what that's like you can check in at this hotel.
This was my second visit here - the first time was good enough that I wanted to stay here again. After the way I was treated this time - never again.
Also, a point about the cleanliness at the hotel - the carpet in my room had clear stains on it. Hence the score of 3/5 for cleanliness. Otherwise location is great - very close to the airport etc. Not really sure about amenities as I am a business traveler and am out and about for work so not really taking advantage of whatever they may or may not have...
There are much better places in the area that will take your money and treat you much better. Not going back here for future trips and caution everyone else.

It was really nice and reception was super helpful. The weather was really bad so staying here make it super convient. I did my shopping, dinner, coffee without even going out :)

有機場班車，去商場直通，靠近車站，酒店服務很好，就是沒有早飯。酒店大堂的壁爐在大雪的冬天感覺很溫暖。

二樓和mall of American連通，開車到機場6分鐘，衞生不錯，也很安靜。

0 things to do other than swim prior to 10 :00 am on a Saturday which is tough with kids. Pool and rooms are not kid friendly. Thin walls (could hear every word of neighbors convo until midnight), no ledges to set anything in shower.

以商務飯店來說cp值滿高的，還鄰近美國商場Mall of America，逛街買東西滿方便，唯一比較沒有超級市場的商店，樓下餐廳水準頗高，早餐真的很好吃
