      • Guest:I’ve been fortunate enough to travel to many places around the world, but Lalibela Wildlife Reserve is the first place that brought me to tears when it was time to leave. This isn’t just a safari destination—it’s something far deeper. It’s a life-changing, soul-stirring experience that stays with you long after you’ve gone. From the very beginning, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. We arrived on Father’s Day, and the staff surprised my husband with a thoughtful gift that made our first moments at the reserve even more meaningful. It was just the first of many deeply personal touches throughout our stay. Lauren in reservations was a dream to work with—quick to respond, highly professional, and genuinely helpful in making our trip seamless and stress-free. When we arrived at Inzolo Lodge, we were blown away by how immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully appointed our room was. Every detail had been carefully considered, and we felt completely at home. The service throughout was truly exceptional—beyond anything we’ve experienced before. The team at the lodge took incredible care of us, with warmth and attention that made us feel more like family than guests. The food was another highlight—absolutely delicious, with generous portions and thoughtful accommodations for my dietary restrictions. The daily menus were creative and delightful, and the chef’s talents blew us away. Then there were the game drives, which were nothing short of magical. Our guide, Nick, was outstanding—deeply knowledgeable, personable, and clearly passionate about the wildlife and environment. He tailored every drive to our interests and made sure each outing was unique. One of the most unforgettable moments was seeing a cheetah mother with her cubs up close—something we’ll never forget. Watching the majestic lions in their natural habitat was equally breathtaking. Nick also shared the lighter side of the wild—we’re still laughing about some of the hilarious moments we experienced out on the drives. He truly showed us both the beauty and the humor that nature has to offer. By the end of our stay, we felt such a genuine connection to the people at Lalibela. It was hard to say goodbye, knowing we may not see them again. But we left with full hearts, profound gratitude, and memories that will last a lifetime. It’s hard to put into words how truly special this place is. If you have the opportunity to visit Lalibela, don’t hesitate—it will move you in ways you didn’t expect. We are forever grateful to have experienced this magnificent reserve.
      • Guest:We had a fabulous stay in this small reserve on New Year's Eve, observing the big five except the leopard and many other beautiful animals, with five-star treatment!
      • Guest:We had the most incredible safari experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Every detail was thought through, and the service was outstanding throughout. The accommodation was beautiful — clean, cosy, and perfect for relaxing after a day out in the bush. We felt completely looked after the entire time. A special mention has to go to our guide, Tshepo, who made our honeymoon so memorable. He was not only friendly and professional but also incredibly knowledgeable. His passion for wildlife was infectious, and he always made sure we had the best possible sightings. Thanks to him, we learnt so much and had some unforgettable moments we’ll always treasure. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate our honeymoon — thank you for making it so special!
      • Guest:We stayed at the Lentaba Lodge during our stay at Lalibella Wildlife Reserve and had an amazing time. Our guide (Will) was brilliant and made our stay so memorable. I appreciate that its an early start at around 5am for the morning drives but definitely worth while. In total we did 6 drives (3 morning and 3 late afternoon) and got a different experience in each drive. Thanks to Will and the whole team for making this so special for us. You have to put this place on your bucket list of things to do/see
