  • Guest：Fantastic hospitality and clear communication. Spacious, well-equipped rooms with attentive staff. Easy to find, secure location, with a nicely-miaintained garden that attracts many dazzling birds. I thoroughly recommend staying at Fiddlewood Fields.
  • Guest：A beautiful garden setting takes you to home away from home accommodation -everything one needs from beautiful linen, electric blankets, a fire place, fully equipped kitchen and best of all a spotless bathroom! Ros was so accommodating in respect of changes made and true Makhanda hospitality and friendliness made for the perfect stay - close to schools and university too!
  • Guest：It was my first time back to Makhanda (I grew up knowing it as Grahamstown) after 20 years, this time with my family. We spent a week in town, attending the Arts Festival. Ros was superb from my first contact with her. We felt right at home from the time we walked in to our cottage, which was prepared 'to the T'. Room service was excellent, the quaint garden was manicured to perfection, and great care was taken to ensure our comfort at every point. What a special place – Thank you Ros. It was the best family stay ever!
