Worst experience ever . We arrived only for them to tell us they had no knowledge of our booking. They had no computer to check our reservation. The so called receptionist did not understand anything. I had to contact trip for them to contact the owner to confirm our booking. The only good thing about this hotel was its location close to OR Tambo international airport. Think twice before you book at this hotel. Best thing about our experience was leaving this place ????????

It is a budget friendly place but a lot of maintenance has to be made.

I stayed here with my family, it is a great hotel, has everything you need, very nice staff, great location safe and clean as well, enjoyed my stay very much. If you need help with anything during your stay, the staff and even the owners are very helpful.
