  • Guest：Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by Al Liwan Residence. The room felt more like a small flat — huge living area, big fridge, microwave, dishes, everything you need for a few days. I liked that the area was quiet, and I always felt safe walking around. The pool is not very big, but it was never crowded, so I could actually relax there. The only minor issue was that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay. For the price point, I think it’s great value.

The community is peaceful, the apartments are spacious and well-designed, and the location offers easy access to nearby shops and essential services. A special mention goes to the Reservations, Housekeeping, and Security teams, who have been absolutely exceptional—always professional, responsive, and helpful. They even went out of their way to accommodate our huge luggage(means huge)during the move-in process to other unit, which made settling in much easier. Overall, Al Liwan Residences is a great place to live, offering comfort, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere.
