  • Guest user：Overall the arrival experience is fantastic with very cosy kind of ambience. But am not sure about the finishing of our junior suite room, no 352, as it is tired and aged, such as derailing sliding wardrobe, loosening door knobs, aged power switches and sockets, don't know where to find switches to ON and OFF, and so much more. Lastly, we can hear the renovation works are on going on top of us which we weren't being informed. Well....well... well...

  • Guest user：Superb customer service especially all the staff of the hotel is courteous and very welcoming. We dine to Riviera cafe and buffet. The food is superb! What I really like is the pastries and the litsong belly.. Plus the beef roast. Your option on how you would want your pasta to be made and the grilled fish, beef and pork. Really wanted to highlight the cakes.. Superb! Thank you ?
