The pillows were the fluffiest I’ve ever felt, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Room service was prompt, and the food from the in-house restaurant was delicious—especially the breakfast spread! The location is convenient, and facilities like the pool and gym were well maintained. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall ambiance. Nothing major to improve, but a few more vegan food options would be great in the future.
