We had a wonderful stay at Waterworld Hotel. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly accommodating,polite, professional, and attentive. From airport pickup all the way until check-out, everything was smooth and well taken care of.
The restaurant was beautiful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, and the servers were very attentive. The entire place is gorgeous, spotless, and spacious,and most of all, very affordable.
After flying miles and miles away from Canada, this place truly felt like a gem and is an absolute must try. I will definitely be coming back.

Staff was great, refrigerator was broken, then, they brought another broken one and on a third one, it finally worked 8 hours later. No flushing water, they brought a bucket and a tabo. There are a lot of humidifiers in the hallway on the first floor it makes you wonder if they have mold issues and they're trying to cover up the smell.
Half the watersides were shut down and the wave pool is empty. The lazy river float on the raft is not operating. Many of the safety rails around the water park are heavily rusted and unsafe.

Restaurant was not ready and a bit pricey for the quality of the food. Staff was great. Room was great too. Location is a bit far from the center.

Main attraction was the waterpark which we did not use. Decent stay. We could sleep so that is a plus for this city’s accommodations.

The super big and clean rooms really impressed us, We had a very comfy stay here. All the staff are incredibly friendly and courteous. I also like the swimming pool which was very refreshing. The food in the restaurant was pretty good too. Only downside is that it doesn't have a gym and also in a bit of an isolated so it takes at least 15 minutes to arrange a taxi to pick you up. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff are very courteous and accomodating.The hotel is clean also….but
But the food in the event we attended,the food catering is the worst,aside from the taste,the meat is hard,very disappointed with the food.

We had a Huge family room, Huge TV, free entrance to the water park and tasty breakfast

After I booked with ******* I message the property to ask from what time to what time is the water parks I received a reply saying that from 9 to 5pm only but highlighting it is Ok because the pool is open up to 10pm. She should just inform me that the parks is close because when go went there we are inform water park is close. Without the waterpark I will not book waterworld hotel only to find out during check in it is close even the next day.I feel like being scammed by whoever replies my message.Definitely not in a good staycation mood.
