    • Guest：On their automated machine for check-in, they did not have my name available for the automatic check-in. It was difficult to understand the woman who answered the phone. Eventually, I got in.
    • Guest：Très bel accueil, mais quelques mauvaises surprise Un super accueil ! Sur la réservation, c'était noté arrivé entre 11h et 20h. Nous sommes arrivés à 11h30 et l'on nous a permis de prendre possession de notre chambre, malgré le fait que ce ne soit qu'à partir de 16h. Quelques mauvaises surprises : pas d'eau chaude et des oreillers pleins de fourmis, pas de paroie de douche et impossible de diminuer le débit de l'eau de la douche. Toute la salle de bain est inévitablement trempée après une douche :o(
