Room service is provided around the clock. There is a free shuttle service to and from the ski lifts.

Each room of the hotel is decorated in its own theme: movies, TV series, cult performers and legendary athletes. There are block rooms, standards, junior suites and suites. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for relaxation, there is a pillow menu, and there is a cooler with drinking water on each floor.

Check-in at the hotel is only possible if you have original documents: a Russian passport, a foreign passport for guests 14+ and a birth certificate for children. Check-in at the hotel for foreign citizens is carried out using a passport of a foreign citizen (or other document established by federal law) and a migration card/visa.
