Staff was great, service was great but the amenities, the air-conditioning or something in the room gave off a random high pitch noise. Similar to tinnitus it was tolerable the first day but by the 2nd day it would be there and throughout the night. The headache from it was not please at all.
I’ve never been one to leave a review but I’m sorry the sound was just too piercing.
I believe it may have just been the room and not the entire establishment

Hotel staffs are very attentive, they will accommodate to guests requests, thankful for their help ????

Hotel staff are friendly. The room is clean and they provide tissue paper and minerals water, slippers and hair dryer.
Power socket are limited. Overall a good place to stay.

Nice, we stayed a night after USS trip. It was quite relaxing. Pluspoint cos got ourselves a smoking room !

Overalls is ok value for money. Will recommend to my friend and family

Bed was comfortable to sleep on. Bathroom is very clean and the WiFi was excellent

5th floor got hot and cold drinking water to refill，room have smook smell，not a good place for us to stay
