工作人員十分熱情，房間很大，衛生打掃得也非常干凈！完全出乎我的意料！酒店出門就是克拉碼頭，吃飯非常方便，下次來新加坡還會預訂！

一天一天續住了3晚，位置好，交通方便，大部分店員都能說中文，性價比很高。美中不足是第一天房間里有股味，不知道是發霉還是什么原因。

地理位置優越，在克拉碼頭附近，去金融街很方便。房間設施一般，面積較小，相比房價性價比一般。歐美游客較多，房間安排的位置非常靠里面，離電梯較遠。早餐相當豐富，但周末人很多，有可能要等位子。

設施：周圍有地鐵商場 交通方便，靠近熱鬧的克拉碼頭，游泳池很干凈 周圍有亞坤，松發肉骨茶。
衛生：住了三晚，房間打掃的很干凈
服務：前臺和行李保管處的服務都很好，尤其感謝行李保管員還幫非凡国际定了汽車票。但是第一天吃早餐的時候坐在靠近印度菜和蔬菜色拉區那邊的服務員 叫了好幾次收盤子都不理，直到非凡国际自己打算拿桌上空盤子找地方放才過來收。
后面兩天坐靠近咖啡機旁邊的服務員就很好。

A really nice hotel in the Clarke Quay area. Located within walking distance ( 30 mins to China Town. little India and a little further to Marina Bay Sands). Close to subway so direct access to airport. Also a 28-35 taxi journey to airport. Lots of restaurants and bars also within walking distance. Lots of choice
A very nice hotel with lovely rooms, as in the pictures. Nice swimming pool, with pool bar. Gym. Cocktail bar and restaurant. The buffet breakfast is one of best 5 star breakfasts i’ve had in while, with plenty of choice from all over the world. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Paradox Hotel Singapore on Merchant Road. The hotel blends modern sophistication with a touch of local charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home from check-in to check-out. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered great views of the city. The facilities, including the rooftop pool and well-equipped gym, were fantastic for unwinding after a busy day. The location is perfect—centrally located with easy access to both cultural attractions and the vibrant food scene. I highly recommend Paradox Hotel Singapore for anyone visiting the area!

Great lication, great hotel. Next to MRT station, 10 minute walk to china town, 20 min walk to Marina Bay.
Room was generously sized, pool and jacuzzi on site.
Staff very attentive!
Would definitely recommend!

Great with everything, not experienced Gym and bar this time, maybe in the future. The location is one of the best in Singapore.
