Big room, good location, tasty breakfasts. But it's too noisy in the room because of bad sound-isolation of windows and balcony. Typically I don't pay attention to noise, but this time we heard every car or motorcycle on the street up to the deep night.

位置也可以，Asok/ MRT站走大概5-10分钟楼下的大堂乾净明亮，日夜都有保安照看 Coffee&tea可以免费喝步行可以走到terminal21大型商场，不错！

除了距离蛇美咖啡太远，其他都挺好，房间整洁安静，位置便利，步行可达BTS与商圈。前台专业友好，入住高效。设施齐全，性价比高，适合长期或独行旅居。

Great location, decent facilities and cozy rooms. Nice option for solo traveling in Bangkok. Only 6 mins walk to Benchakitti Park and Terminal 21. There is even one 24 hour supermarket/restaurant downstairs

Nice serviced apartment option located walking distance from Asok station, with large space, kitchen available and swimming pool.

所有的东西都很好，但是真的太嘈杂！预订的时候备注“安静/离电梯近/不要尾房”，真正check in时候，以上三个备注全部忽略！！一直投诉房间靠近马路太吵，第一次被告知只剩双床房（晚上8-9点），不能更换，给了耳塞，到了晚上12点，外面马路还是吵！是摩托车那种炸街的声音，再次投诉终于更换，如果做不到备注？为什么还让客户填写？

这次是第三次入住，优越的地理位置、舒适的住宿环境以及亲切的服务是我每次的住宿首选。优越的地理位置：邻近BTS Asok站及MRT Sukhumvit站，出行十分方便。舒适的住宿环境：房间空间感足，而且还有个小泳池、小型健身室可使用。亲切的服务：这里的前台人员真的会用心记住每一位住客及其需要，记得有一天早上出门前向前台反映房间的一些小问题，然后晚上回到饭店经过前台时会主动向我跟进，十分用心。另外，有次因临时想预订餐厅，但并没有能拨打出去的电话卡，他们亦十分乐意帮忙。而在回程的那天，因有团友行动不便，临时决定想预订车辆到机场，他们亦乐于协助，当时前台人员Tee更细心地为非凡国际建议出发时间并安排车辆，十分感谢所有工作人员的协助。 [刚好这次和上次入住都有团员生日，他们还贴心准备了生日蛋糕，十分惊喜！]

My 2nd time staying here. Everything is spot on. From checking in/out to house keeping. And 4 staff showed up at my room singing Happy Birthday and presented me with a chocolate brownie on my birthday! So sweet and thoughtful! Will certainly stay here again if I’m in Bangkok.

It's located slightly inside from the main street, so it's very quiet and nice. All the facilities are clean, and the staff is always friendly. The only downside is that the room is a little dark. Other than that, everything was perfect.
