The hotel is excellent and the location is great; however, there is an issue with insufficient lighting in the rooms, and there are no power outlets next to the bed for charging mobile phones.

Hotel was a 20 minute walk to the nearest BTS. Quiet and clean room. Friendly staff and easy procedure for check in and check out.

3rd stay here, situated on a quiet Soi, not far from the Nana area. Decent sized room with a large bed. Good bathroom with shower cubicle.
Spacious and comfortable. Didn’t go for the breakfast option but this is available and I’ve had before and is decent.
A great, well priced option, if you want a quieter Soi away from the party streets.

A Small hotel with good location. 10 min walk to Ploenchit BTS. Big rooms, clean and good breakfast. A small pool with a rooftop bar. Affordable accommodation! Nice and friendly staff.

Stayed at the Hotel Icon Bangkok for 2 nights - the hotel is a very basic 3 star hotel (they claim to be 4 star). The hotel is located in a quiet street behind a busy area - google maps shows the JW Marriott Hotel and it is in a tiny alley way, quite difficult to locate. One of the Grab food ordered was delivered to another hotel . Won't stay ian this hotel again,

So far the experience has been good. The staff is friendly and can communicate well in English. The room is also clean and very good customer service.

We are coming here for competition so I would say it is ok since the location is near our competition venue. however, we have faced multiple accidents. First, the hotel has no laundry room, but Trip.com says there is. Second, the hot water supply stopped sadly during our night

It was a pleasant stay ai icon Sukhumvit hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Super happy. The staff made us feel like home.

悪くはないですが、また泊まりたいと思うホテルではなかったです。部屋がカビ臭かったのと、プールを気に入り、夜はプールサイドでお酒もいいなーと思って予約したのですが滯在中の2泊ともやってなかったです。殘念。。。スタッフの方は優しかったです。駅まで歩ける距離ですが、無料トゥクトゥクもあり、荷物があっても楽に行けるので、便利でした。

スタッフの方の気さくな雰囲気と清潔感のある部屋に満足でした。
シャワーの溫度を上げると急に水圧が弱くなってしまうのは１つ懸念點。
朝食は2回食べたが基本ほぼ同じメニューだった。味と量、スタッフの接客は良い。もう少し日替わりものなどのバラエティーがあるとなお良し。
