I have to say this is one of the best hotels that I have ever visited. The hotel room is dustless, very clean. The location is very strategic, less than 5 minutes walk to go to Todak waterfront to enjoy seafood, or another 5 minutes walk in opposite direction to go to Suria mall for shopping. The staff here are friendly and dedicated in their services.After checking in, the staff gave me a call to ask me whether I am happy with the condition of the room. The breakfast is awesome, many varieties and very tasty. I am a demanding person, but this hotel does not disappoint me. It should be a role model for other hotels to follow.

房間乾凈衞生，感覺真的很不錯，下次去還會定這家，可以看到海，生機一晚一百馬幣，值了，我還會再去得話就這家。

Conveniently located is the city with all amenities readily available. Huge room and very clean. Staff is friendly and the checkin process is swiftly completed. Due to nonavailabilty of room booked, I was upgrade to a bigger room. Will stay here again.

Great location, only 20 minutes from the airport and close to the night market. Hotel view is great as it faces the sea and get a great view of planes landing. Food was decent ( though we ended up ordering from outside), breakfast buffet is great though. Staff is extremely cordial and takes great lengths to ensure that you are comfortable.

Hi. We just checked out today. We really appreciate very good services and hospitality by Hyatt Regency Team Kota Kinabalu. From bellboy, to receptionist, room service and restaurants all were very friendly and helpful. Plus, stay with my parents(senior citizen) and aid by wheelchair to move was very convenient as we got helped by the staffs. Thank you!

很不錯，房間乾凈整潔，床和被子柔軟舒適，酒店環境和公共設施也保持得還行，泳池水質也還OK，早餐選擇略少。

酒店地理位置很好，可以步行到加雅街，附近網紅茶室都很方便，天橋地下榴蓮街也很近。酒店泳池也很乾凈 小朋友很喜歡

酒店位置非常方便，位于市中心去邊都好快，去機場路程也就十五分鐘，職員有禮貌，酒店spa & 自助餐 也不錯。

設施：設施非常齊全
衞生：很乾凈，而且每天都打掃得很認真
環境：位于海邊，一出門就是海邊的觀景臺，旁邊還有個可以玩近島的碼頭，步行十分鐘左右就能到商場，地理位置很優越了。
服務：每個服務人員都很熱情，需要送什么東西也送得非常快

酒店的設施非常老舊位置，雖然在海邊，但有三面是看不到海的，非凡国际定的房間在照片中看不到是內景房，實際是正面酒店的大廳，這點很不滿意，酒店的工作人員在辦理入住時也沒有任何的説明，只是一味的推薦早餐，同時預訂了兩間房晚的酒店，工作人員也沒有主動進行放行升級，這點和旁邊的曖昧，甚至當地的sky以及美居比都不如這家酒店大概率不會再住可以説除了離加雅街近一無是處！
另外，酒店的房間每天都有按時打掃，但是入住期間身上是起了蟎蟲的懷疑空調應該已經有十幾年沒清理過了，床品實際看上去是乾凈的，但不知道有沒有蟎蟲
