I had high expectations considering the great reviews but still had small doubts that I had made the right choice given the huge amount of research I undertook. Dai Gresy surpassed in every way, so much so, we'd come back. Very welcoming, great staff, everything is done tastefully, simple but quality. Location is absolutely perfect and the views are incredible almost 360 degrees, breathtaking... sunrise, sunset and moonrise. The bedrooms are perfect. I had specifically chosen No4 a corner room for the views, light and bright. It was gorgeous. Very comfortable bed, everything is very thoughtfully done, spotless, quite, relaxing. There's even a turndown service with camomile tea and a couple delicious home made biscuits. Superb breakfasts, great choices. Lovely nibbles with the aperitif. If you want to dine in the evening there is a very small menu (we had a delicious local pasta dish), great cheese & ham boards etc. For dining out, there is one excellent restaurant very close, an easy 2 minute drive and a few more not far either. We only stayed 2 nights so couldn't try more. Would we go back... absolutely. Next time when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the swimming pool and just spend more time there. And what makes this place so special is the staff: welcoming, friendly, charming, helpful, we had many great conversations too. We’ve loved this beautiful bed and breakfast .Very cozy, staff very friendly and professional. Beautiful views, beautiful design, heated pool, very comfortable bed and excellent quality linen. Breakfast was excellent with home made products from Piemonte. They also serve small plates for lunch and dinner. It’s also possible to organize activities and wine tastings. They have excellent wines by the glass and by the bottle. We’ll be back soon.

This small scale hotel is beautifully situated between the vineyards. The rooms are tastefully decorated and there is an abundance of space. We stayed in room 8. Breakfast is a la carte, healthy and delicious. We also made a reservation for dinner at the hotel. There is a small menu but again prepared with fresh local ingredients and so tasteful. The wellness area is very relaxing, with a large whirlpool, Turkish bath and sauna. Personnel are very friendly and helpful. They helped us booking the winetasting in the winery of the Gresi’s, which is also to be recommended. This was a couple of days that charged our batteries for a long time

Rilassante e tranquillo, colazione ottima tranne il croissant (può essere migliorato). Prezzi alti sia per il pranzo che i vini proposti. Camera molto curata e arredata benissimo, materasso e cucini molto comodi. Giardino curatissimo.

è stato un soggiorno breve, di una sola notte, ma non posso che parlarne bene. La struttura - piccola, con solo nove camere - è in una posizione decisamente tranquilla. Tutto è curato, moderno e arredato con logica e criterio. Il personale è molto gentile, le camere spaziose, pulite e bellissime. Molto bella l’area spa come pure la piscina immersa nel verde. Bellissima la colazione, servita all’esterno e con ottimi prodotti.

Una bella casa immersa tra i vigneti di Treiso ospita questo raffinato agriturismo. La struttura rispecchia in pieno il fascino del territorio, con un’ accoglienza calorosa e raffinata ma sobria e senza eccessi. Bellissima piscina a sfioro con vista. Colazione deliziosa con ottimi prodotti locali. Dai Grésy é il luogo ideale per immergersi nella bellezza delle Langhe. Molto accogliente, lo consiglio vivamente

Uno lussuoso agriturismo in un posto meraviglioso. Un posto dove regna il silenzio e la quiete, dove staccare la spina e rigenerarsi. Tutto curato, pulizia e ordine regnano in tutta la struttura. Ottima la zona Spa con una grande vasca idromassaggio in sasso, sauna e bagno turco e dei comodi lettini dove potersi rilassare. Camera moderna, doccia super, noi eravamo a piano terra quindi con il giardino. Piscina esterna meravigliosa, a sfioro sulle vigne. Il tempo non ci ha permesso di poter fare un bagno, ci torneremo sicuro in estate. Personale professionale, preparato dall'accoglienza al rientro a mezzanotte dove ci ha aspettato Paola per augurarci una buona notte. Struttura pet friendly, con tappetino per dormire che la nostra Paolina ha gradito molto. Tanti piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza e voi lo fate alla grande, complimenti! Ci vedremo presto

L'h?tel est magnifique. Tout est décoré avec beaucoup de go?t et raffiné. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les villages alentours - une voiture est indispensable cependant. Malheureusement, le SPA était fermé pour travaux. Je trouve cela dommage que nous n'ayons pas été prévenus et personne ne semblait désolé. Au moment de partir, nous avons eu un différent concernant le moment à payer. Nous sommes restés très cordiaux et polis mais la responsable de l'accueil, elle, s'est montrée d'emblée très agacée (alors que nous étions dans notre bon droit puisque nous avons été remboursés par la suite). Nous avons trouvé cette attitude vraiment déplacée pour ce type d'endroit. Cela nous a vraiment refroidis. Dommage, vraiment !

Might be the best small boutique experience of all of my travels. The rooms, the facilities, the grounds all exceeded expectations and the pictures on the hotel site and provided by guest may actually "under represent" the grounds and structure. The staff, all of them, were so attentive and personable so as to make our stay feel as though we were staying with family. The location provided a 360 degree vista including views of the unending vineyards and small hilltop Langhe towns easily accessible by a short drive, or in our case, a 40km ebike ride (all arranged by the Dai Gresy staff, (bikes delivered and picked up at the hotel!). They have an extensive list of restaurants from which we chose and they made all reservations as requested prior to our arrival, including three in nearby Treiso (2km from hotel). Nice to be close as these are at the local/regional "slow food" pace which you will want to exploit! Breakfast overlooking vineyards as far as the eye can see looking North ( I think), in the shade, could not have been better in food quality and choice...and always delivered with a smile! Spending afternoon time around the pool with easy access to snacks and wine/cocktails is a must. No hurry, no worry. Also highly recommend taking the Marquis di Gresy winery tour, which the staff can arrange. Dai Gresy is owned and managed by the same family, wines known worldwide as a Langa region OG wine producer. Bucolic might be best term to describe Dai Gresy and the Langa region. Enthusiastically recommend spending time here and visiting a relatively undiscovered (by summer tourist) region of Italy, a region very much aligned with a bit of a relaxed itinerary. Grazie mille Jaquie, Julia, Martina, Ombretto, Paula (sorry for any misspelling and IF I missed anyone!) and the rest of the staff! It was our pleasure to stay at Dai Gresy and our honor to make your aquaintance during our four night stay....we did not want to leave!! Expect the Cheever family to return!

Una location incantevole dove abbiamo passato 1 giornata indimenticabile. Tutto il team delle ragazze sono di una professionalità rara da incontrare anche in strutture di questo livello. In Agosto con il caldo, seppur non ci sia la possibilità di fare degustazioni in cantina, è comunque meraviglioso passare delle ore in una spettacolare piscina inserita tra i filari di un Paradiso chiamato Langhe
