客房内的用品并未齐全，例如毛巾、地垫、棉签等。即使我提出了要求，地垫仍然没有补上。早餐本应在早上6:00至10:30供应，但第二天入口却被封闭。鸡蛋和面条档口也没有厨师在场，必须提出要求后才会准备。我多次入住君隆大酒店，但这是我第一次感到失望。不幸的是，这次早餐的品质和种类都不如以往。

地理位置很好，去哪里都非常方便！酒店比较旧了，卫生一般般，感觉不太干净，不能在意细节… 需要200马币的按金，前台挺粗心的，房费已经含了旅游税，还准备再收一次，还解释了一会…

优点： 1.位置在柏威年隔壁，逛各大商场，和地铁很方便 2.装修虽有年代感，但是很干净。门口休息区方便等候，电梯也很快速。 3.早餐蔬菜选择很多，方便减脂人士！真的加分 4.客房服务员的态度很好，晚上因为噪音问题谘询的时候也是全程礼貌耐心地帮非凡国际换房间。 5. 床品很舒服缺点： 1. 地处市中心，打车一半来说一定会堵车。除非一大早或凌晨 2. 隔音很差，声音敏感的人要慎重。首先是楼外面引擎的声音一直会持续到凌晨，即便是背对街道的房间也会有声音，还有巷子里夜晚行人熙熙攘攘的谈话声。然后，酒店内房客走过关门的声音也听的很清楚。太清楚了有时候甚至以为门没关。 3. 前台办理入住的效率太低。前台人员服务是很好。但是check in只有两个人，退房也只有两个人。每个人接待一组客人通常要10分钟以上。入住或者退房高峰期就会排长队。入住期间因为房卡实效需要激活，可能几分钟就好的事情，但遇上了高峰就要排队等很久。使体验更糟糕的是，旁边concierge台就站着两个没有任何事情的工作人员在聊天。虽然是各有分工，但是可以感觉到这里肯定是不是服务至上的。他们不在乎你排队多久。

Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) I had a wonderful stay at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room and facilities were clean and well-maintained. Great amenities, delicious breakfast, and a perfect location near shopping malls and public transport. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay again!

中规中矩的传统星级酒店，没啥亮眼，也不会让人失望，特别地理位置非常优越，就是窗子外层实在是脏了些。总体上来说比较满意吧。

毕竟地理位置在那里，服务还是有一定标准的。下车上车有礼宾拉门，帮忙拿行李。退房后拉着行李下台阶，会马上冲过来帮忙。我对房间打扫没有特别要求，我也不会搞了很乱。早餐肯定没法跟我在亚庇香格里拉的比，没有可比性。位置很好，旁边是柏威年，从柏威年后面有天桥可以走到双子塔，大概20分钟。

Location is both great and bad! Great because it’s surrounded by malls and shops - you’ll never run out of food and shopping options. So happening! Bad because of the traffic jam… getting to the hotel is so challenging! So near yet so far, especially the last 500m … The solution? Once you reach there - don’t drive out again till you check out. There’s so much to do right at the hotel’s doorstep anyway! Love this hotel! Excellent service, great rooms, wonderful beds!????
