超级赞的酒店，除了去乔治市有点远。
其他无可挑剔，最关键是床品清洁干净。虽然非凡国际选的是花园翼的园景房，实际拿到的房间正对大海和泳池。
服务也非常好。

香格里拉旗下的两家酒店都在巴都丁宜，相隔四百米左右，酒店位置略显偏僻，离老城区大约30分钟车程，离机场40分钟车程，酒店有班车到老城区。酒店马路对面有KFC还有一些拍档小吃。酒店度假环境一流，酒店连接着一大片沙滩，适合躺平发呆，落日海风，椰树沙滩，拍照很出片。房间宽敞，设施略显老旧，早餐品种还算丰富，味道很马来。非凡国际是在槟城老城区住了三晚，再到香格里拉沙洋体验了一晚，总体感觉不错。

The hotel had been renovated since we last visited a few years ago. Facilities have been upgraded especially the health club. We used the yoga room for stretching and it was very relaxing. Tennis courts were a bit disappointing, one court did not even have a net. Besides that and the unsettled weather, our stay had been very pleasant.
There are lots of eating places outside of hotel and plenty of places nearby that one can visit. We went to the Tropical fruit farm and it was very educational and worth the visit.

沙洋香格里拉确实不错，打车从机场过去大概半小时多，路上可以看看风景，入住的拉莎翼小型套房，房间很宽敞，酒店提前给小朋友加了床非常好，拉莎翼下午有房间包涵的下午茶，晚餐前提供鸡尾酒及餐前小食，味道都不错，房间也比较安静，非常适合度假放松，早餐丰富度还行，不能下海，泳池比起隔壁金沙真的少多了，拉莎翼客人有个单独的小泳池，下次旅行还会选择这里，顺便说下香格里拉的欧舒丹备品味道我非常喜欢 ?ˋ????ˊ?

第一天落地槟城，直奔酒店，虽然入住较晚，还是免费给升级了房型，工作人员都十分热情友好，早餐也很丰富，傍晚时分可以在海边餐厅边看绝美日落边用餐，是来八都丁宜度假看海的首选酒店。

The stay is fantastic! Great hospitality and great service. Breakfast is great too. Will definitely be back again.

The resort hotel was brilliant! Spa, swimming pools, restaurants and bar and so many more places to relax. Me and my friend were spending great times in there! The accommodation was clean and spacious, the service was a 5-star level! Highly recommended.

之所以选这个酒店，就是因为有沙滩。方便小朋友去挖沙。到了之后发现，大部分沙滩都被拦起来了，只留了一小片。隔壁的金沙滩酒店，沙滩比较大。都是香格里拉集团的，想过去玩也没问题。
酒店离乔治市比较远，但是去蝴蝶谷和香料园都很近，去猴子海滩也不远。
房间一看就是有年代感的，20年前的装修很有历史感。
酒店分花园翼和拉沙翼，拉沙翼的房间有行政酒廊待遇，可以有下午茶和鸡尾酒时间。鸡尾酒时间的酒水很丰富，红白葡萄酒，啤酒和洋酒，各种鸡尾酒，畅饮一小时，如果是好酒的朋友，这一个小时就值回票价了，大马的酒很贵。
吃饭也可以在小餐厅，主菜需要点单，还有一些自助的菜品，没有大餐厅那么多，但是必备常点的都有。
附近有很多小吃店可以选，有一家叫水世界的小餐馆不错，价格实在。
亲子度假还是值得选。

The facilities live up to the Shangri-La experience and consistent to Shangri-La Singapore where I frequent. The view is great and link to the beach. However the Rasa Sayang don’t meet my expectations on other area. The place is badly maintained and the equipment is old. The Toliet sink is faulty, drawers are broken. TV is old and the channel all have static which makes you feel like watching TV in 1980s. This place needs a revamp! There was a service break down when we check in but I will not mention it because the recovery from day two is excellent. Sorry to give a bad review cause at this price point for a hotel in Penang, I expected more.

酒店挺好的，非凡国际入住的时候前台还给了小点心，服务挺周到的，酒店的自助餐也不错，值得去吃，价格合理，入住的客人还有优惠。值得大家信赖！
