酒店位置很好，能看到海景和落日。酒店里的设施一应俱全，有各类餐厅，影院，VR游戏，桌游等，有自己的沙滩。

Nice location and scenary.
But, very dated and worn-out deco and amenities. Does not live up to expectation of modern five-star hotel and the name of Shangri-La resort.

Thank you Shangrila Tanjung Aru，good experience and very happy to stay here. All staff there very polite, friendly and nice to talk. Thanks to the staff who prepared a bouquet of flowers and also chocolate. Appreciate hard works and good jobs to all staff Shangrila??We very enjoy our honeymoon here.

多次入住香格里拉酒店，环境让人好舒服，特别喜欢这里的早餐丰富各色各样品种，

设施：整体还不错，在亚庇算是top 1级别了，在这就别和其他国家的比较了
衞生：很乾净，没有出现评论説的很差的情况
服务：前台到餐厅服务员都挺热情的
环境：环境很美，日落的时候很多酒店外的人进来，这一点不太好
活动：预约了酒店里的桨板落日活动，原价忘了多少钱，摺合人民币200多吧，比外面贵，但胜在距离近，人少，几个人独享一片海域。
性价比：淡季一晚2000左右，我觉得OK，旺季一晚3000以上可能就不太值了。

避雷kinabalu翼海景房！！俩人要分开睡，特意选双床还给你并一起了，关键是房间狭小，分开也就一条缝，真的很无语。给的三层，海景完全被树遮挡。到前台表达不满，服务员爱搭不理，无所谓的表情。另外一房间选的池景大床，看到的海景都比这个房型多，还有水果和冷饮。考虑是本次大马行最後一家酒店，给父母单独选了贵於其他房型的海景房，结果变成他们的全程最差体验??

Very satisfying stay with my family , due to low season, we’ve been checking in by the reception at 10am , we spent more time there mostly with the facilities. Breakfast is superb with many varieties of cuisine. Will come back again soon !

I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife and child for our vacation, and we had a truly enjoyable experience. Although the weather during our stay was mostly rainy and we only managed to spend one day at the water park and swimming pool, the hotel’s facilities more than made up for it.
Our child especially loved the indoor kids’ playground, which kept him entertained throughout the trip. The buffet breakfast was another highlight — delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone.
The hotel staff were all very friendly, attentive, and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant.
Overall, despite the weather, we had a wonderful and satisfying stay. Highly recommended for families!

年度二刷亚庇和丹绒亚路香格里拉！第二次带上了爸爸妈妈，非凡国际一家子兜很喜欢这个酒店，很有度假的感觉，孩子超喜欢酒店的几个水滑梯，每天不玩几十次绝对不回房间！更不用説这里是看日落的最佳地点，一定还会三刷的

酒店很大，生态环境很好，可以看到海鸟，小螃蟹。散步很惬意，窗外就是海滩，傍晚日落很美，可以无障碍打卡日落酒吧，酒店有自己专属码头，跳岛很方便，无需预约，全程有酒店工作人员引导，这次去了沙比岛，马努乾和马穆迪岛，真正的玻璃海。
