Short stay here for parents to rest before flying again. Near cityhall MRT and great customer service ! One thing good for improvement would be to fix the power switch sockets. Some of it not really working well or need to push in harder in order for it to work.

Our stay in this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The room was elegantly designed, spotless, and offered a stunning city view. Staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the central location made exploring the city effortless. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

地理位置近乎無敵～出來就是地鐵站，酒店房間很多，打掃衞生的阿姨也很友善，前臺小哥會中文，偶爾還會升級

第一次到新加坡旅行，所以需要選擇一間位置方便的酒店，這間酒店毗鄰濱海灣，工作人員服務態度良好，性價比高

服務：熱情服務 尤其是華人大堂經理更加值得表揚

選的行政房，超出預期。地理位置很好。房間里東西都比較齊全，還有個大浴缸。酒店免費提供瓶裝礦泉水，不夠喝還能跟前臺要。早餐是西式早餐多一點。時間太緊，沒來得及去看一眼健身房和泳池。

Fabulous hotel. Great location, central, just across the road there are a lot of nice food and nightlife options.
Rooms very spacious, super clean, they have everything you could need. Arrival and departure were seamless.
Gym is well equipped. Highly recommended!

在新加坡住了幾家不同的酒店了，這一家最差。
進了房間發現有個白布改在枕頭上，還全是臟的東西在上門。叫了服務員，也只是僅僅把白布拿走，床單枕套也不換。 房間很小，設施老舊。根本不是五鉆，當地人説這是個四鉆酒店。

地址位置很好，離地鐵站走路5-7分鐘；離新加坡國家美術館等熱門景點都很近，很方便，走路就能到。酒店應該開了很久了，設施相對舊了一點。前臺?服務生全是印度人??沒有回中文的，英文溝通還算順暢，除了有點帶口音外。服務態度也比較好，
