Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero cómodas. Dispones de todo de agua caliente camas limpias y desayuno completo, pero lo que realmente quiero destacar es la atención de su personal, en especial la recepcionista Agustina, fue cálida amorosa atenta, me contuvo y ayudo siempre que pudo. Gente como ella es la que hace la diferencia a la hora de elegir el hotel, siempre fue amable amorosa y estuvo a disposición. La ubicación tmb es excelente y te permite acceder caminando a muchos restaurantes. Volvería a elegirlos sin duda.

A small hotel, centrally located. Rooms are on the small size, hard to find a place even for the luggage. Bathrooms reasonable. Very poor breakfast, horrible coffee. Basic attention from the staff. Not recommended unless the price is very low.

Excelente todo: Habitaciones, desayuno, pileta. Quiero destacar la amabilidad del staff de la recepción, al momento de la reserva, cuando les anticipé que mi esposo estaba discapacitado, y luego en los 5 días que estuvimos alojados en el hotel (el Princess ubicado en 25 de mayo 1168) nos resolvieron todo lo que le requerimos y más (taxis, lugares de compra, restaurantes, etc). Volveré cada vez que pise Mendoza

The room was clean! Some of the staff was helpful! About 15 minutes walk from the main bus station! But the local bus station was confusing and I couldn’t find any near by! Taxi service took adavantage and over charged for the rides!

Very clean, well maintained, very accommodating front desk, nice breakfast spread, amazing view, a gem in Bar. Easy walk to a great selection of restaurants as well as great in-house food. Cab driver told us on the trip over how this is the best in the region, he was correct!

Hotel que já deve ter sido bom em algum momento. 3 estrelas bem 3 estrelas. Acústica péssima - eu ouvia tudo do quarto ao lado. Toalhas horríveis. Quarto espa?oso e tudo limpo. Muito bem localizado, no centro de Mendoza, perto das pra?as e dos melhores restaurantes.
