Awesome place very family oriented, the owners Kevin and Jennifer are very good hosts. The rental boats we great. The accommodations are clean and comfortable cottages. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Merland Park is a peaceful place right on the water with lots of huge old trees. We stayed at a lovely cottage on the water, rented a pontoon boat for a few hours and toured Bay of Quinte in the sunshine. Kevin and Jen are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We have been going to Merland Park for years with our senior parents. We first picked it over other places in the area because it was reviewed as "Fishing Friendly". It certainly has lived up to that. Owner Kevin Levers has always pointed us in the right direction. We have also done many very sucessful charters with him. He has been featured on many canadian fishing shows and in fishing magazines. Howvever, there are many other great aspects to staying at Merland. We have gotten out and about to see the sites and festivals. Picton is great for stocking up on any needs. Staff are very friendly and responsive for any immediate needs at the cottages. There is always a deck waiting to have a cold one over looking the bay.

We went here on our three year anniversary, and it was perfect. We were in the Bass Barn, and it was right on the lake. The view was spectacular. When we weren't exploring the town, we were sitting on the deck enjoying the view. The sheer serenity of the area is something I'll never forget. The cabin was a perfect place for the two of us. It was clean, cozy and stocked with the kitchen utensils we needed. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The owner (Kevin) was so kind; we needed a charger for our speaker, and he lent us one for the two days we stayed. The entire property was very well kept and so peaceful. We also enjoyed the salt water pool that they had which was relaxing. I can definitely see us coming back and I can't wait for when we do. Thank you so much for everything!

Jen,Kevin,and Laurie are great host . We were here for 12 days with family. Lots of fun . The cottage is great . Fabulous fishing. Lots of things to do for the kids. The only thing bad ,we have to leave at the end. See you next year for sure.

Merland Cottages was a lovely place with great owners and friendly staff. The cottage was clean and lots to do there and nearby. We stayed in a large cottage named "Mikey Big Fish" my family and I had more than enough space. We will certainly be back and will to recommend to friends and family. The Niles Family 2025.

I come down every year for a family picnic I had asked for the motel room because It is just me and my pup and that is all I need, when I got there I was upgraded to a 3 bedroom cottage right on the water lots of room , great view. There were lots of kids everyone having fun bonfires at night marsh mellows being roasted very friendly Neighbour's. No increase in price. No problems that I could see, sure some of the cottages were older than others I have been in many of them over the years and they are great value for the money and I have never been disappointed. don't overlook this place it is great value with friendly staff it will never be a five star hotel like the Cribs on main and I hope it never is. thanks for the stay see you next year Dave

We were welcomed by Laurie who is truly charming and kind. She is very helpful and answers all our questions to help us. The location is charming and very quiet. An address to visit without hesitation.

Welcoming, family-run, lakefront property, 5 minutes from Picton. Cabin #5 (Catfish) had a nice deck and BBQ (full sun, other cabins had shade) with a view towards the lake and sunset. It had a roomy, well equipped, kitchen, dining, sitting area. Pool hadn't opened yet but the docks and boats options made heading out on the water easy. A 5 minute drive to Picton for groceries or a walk along the harbour and to check out the shops.

We had an awesome time at Merland Park this weekend with our two young kids (4 and 2) and extended family. The cabins were cosy, the boats were always at hand and easy to use, the staff was available if you needed anything, the docks were filled with fish to keep the little ones entertained, and the location can't be beat. We drove the boat right to the docks in Picton and were steps from the cute restaurants and coffee shops that have made the town so popular. Highly recommend!
