2N3D stay at Boracay
The hotel location is good, walking distance from the beach and the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, but in my stay Dec 20-22 there is no 24/7 receptionist on duty.

В целом, мне понравилось пребывание в данном отеле из-за своей близости к пляжу и всевозможными развлечениями в пешей доступности.
Из плюсов:
1. Исправили все мои пожелания по замечаниям к номеру.
2. Учли мои пожелания при бронировании.
3. Доступный отель в непосредственной близости от пляжа.
Из минусов:
1. Старенький.
2. На момент заселения не работал сейф, фонарь, вайфай и отсутствовала вода, но все проблемы решили в течение дня.
3. Куча правил при заселении, но если не гадить, то не будет наказания.
4. Очень шумно из-за центральной улицы и постоянно орущих петухов

It is a good hotel because of the location plus the rooms are very clean. Looks old and or antique already, guess it lacks the maintance. One thing I would criticitize the most is the broken lift or elevator. Please fix it, its been a year based on people’s comments. Overall I would rate 3/5!

Crown Regency prend
The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

The advertisement was misleading. The premises were not properly cleaned and were located adjacent to a trash collection area. Consequently, we opted to reserve accommodations at a different hotel on the second day of our stay.

We booked for Crown Regency Prince but there was a brownout when we arrived so the staff moved us to ?Crown Regency beach front. We got turned off by the way they asked us to go to the other hotel by just renting and paying for our e trike not knowing where it is located. But good thing the staff from the beach front was there to pick us when the e trike drop us off.?
The beach front hotel is amazingly clean, the staff are all accommodating. Everyone greets you with a smile and welcoming gestures. What i love about is the hotel isn't crowded and after you swim from the beach ?you can dip in the pool on the 3rd floor which has warm water to soothe your sun burn and relax on their jacuzzi. They also have a room service massage ?which is just one call away.?
Had a wonderful and relaxing time and we will truly book the hotel again when we visit boca.
