    • Guest：The motel is perfectly located within walking distance to the Mornington Hotel, beach and wharf, restaurants,shops, and hospitals. The management and staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean and well looked after. The bed is a queen size and very comfortable. They have a microwave, kettle, and fridge, which is very handy. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which has a walk-in shower. I loved the natural light, ceiling fan, and lots of mirrors. There was a lot of hanging space and drawers for clothes. There was a table with two chairs and a day bed which was perfect for entertaining visitors. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, and it felt secure as a big gate was dran across the entrance at night. You get a buzzer to open it if you went out after 800 pm. I really like this motel and the price was excellent for the quality.
    • Guest：Clean and serviceable not expensive. Basic. No ability to wash up and shampoo and conditioner combo plastic packs that are impossible. Recommend taking own toiletries because not even a dispenser on wall of shower. Plus is location close to town and not a long walk to beach
    • Guest：This motel is very old in style but, it is very clean has had a small facelift from when I stayed a long way back. Great beds, very clean bathroom area, perfect for 1 or 2 night stay. Has a gate at entrance closed at night so vehicles are safe. Staff are very welcoming. We normally stay elsewhere once or twice a year but will now stay here. Toaster and microwave make it great for self catering.
    • Guest：Great place for an overnighter. Rooms comfortable and clean. Check in was easy and very welcoming. Conveniently located being a short walk from the shopping and restaurant precinct. Would stay here again if we needed to stay in Mornington again.
