Location is very convenient in the center of Orchard Road, 5 minutes walk to 2 MRT Stations (Somerset & Dhoby Ghaut) and plenty of food nearby.

We love that the location is still in the heart of orchard rd. Its close to all nearby malls like plaza singapura, orchard central, orchard point. The hotel has good staffs, especially auntie Rita who loves to greet us always in the morning for breakfast. There are a lot of good foods and restaurants which is very accessible to and from the hotel.

酒店前台服务非常好，可以帮手解决问题，地理位置好、去鸟节路非常方便，自助早餐种类要增加，比较少选择。房间衞生亦都可以。

Very old Hotel. The cleanliness is doubtful. Not the quality I expect from the price.

Though the upkeeping leaves room to be desired. Definitely showing signs of ageing.
Found 2 half drank bottles in fridge.

每次来新加坡都住这家酒店，地理位置优越，吃吃喝喝方便，遇上我过生日，酒店还为我准备了生日蛋糕，很惊喜，赞??

不过不失 在新加坡 他们房间算是非常宽敞了 就是设施比较旧了点。节假日加上F1活动期间去的 价格严重过高 比平时贵四倍不止

The hotel location was good. However, the rooms needed to be refreshed. My first assigned room with water leakage with the toilet an got changed. Nonetheless, staff are friendly and helpful.
