Stayed at Santa Grand Classic Chinatown for the Sean Paul concert. The location is excellent. Just few steps from Central Market — close to MRT, shops, and plenty of food options. The room is small but clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, and even allowed us to check in early after our long flight, which was such a bonus. I forgot to ask his name, but he’s Sarawakian — Really appreciate the warm hospitality.

Hotel located right next to Pasar Seni and street market, strategic location for tourists. Walking distance to Pasar Seni MRT and near the popular Petaling Steeet.However, if you are driving, the hotel located at a narrow alley with limited street parking. The surrounding of the hotel is a bit messy as you will see street sleepers at night and walking back to the hotel seems dangerous.
Hotel interiors are all ok, provided with basic necessities, clean toilet with hot shower, but no smart tv.
Receptionist is friendly and check-in process is easy.
Hotel equipped with lift, there is a small restaurant in-house but you probably can get a lot more food choices out there.

各種都OK, 雖然是4星但是質量還只是這個價格的水平，不能期望太高，便宜就是好處。位置便利，周圍很多景點步行可達，包括國家清真寺，推薦去。圖3凳子坐著斷腿

Good location near to pasar seni station . Hotel condition was good, had basic amenities like towel , shampoo and toothbrush. Bed not the cleanest out there but still acceptable for a short stay and this price . Would come again if visiting KL

This hotel was conveniently located right next to Central Market literally 5 steps away.
Room was clean and tidy.
Breakfast was a nice variety of eggs, waffles, coffee, teas, juices, cereal as well as Asian food.
Staff was really friendly.
Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very easy check in process, booked this hotel for Petaling Street as it is walking distance but sad to say now there's lesser stalls and all (would rather go to Thailand now - cheaper & more options) but hotel was great, very clean and breakfast although not much of a spread, but can still suffice and was not bad considering the price paid to include breakfast. The bed was very cozy!

飯店就在中央市場旁邊，可以當成旅行最后一天采買伴手禮的補給站，因為中央市場內的伴手禮店商品種類超齊全，飯店柜臺和門衛的服務態度都很好，頂樓還有一個小游泳池可以泡水，離茨廠街很近，走路就可以到，有很多美食餐廳可以選，飯店價格便宜，但客房的浴室淋浴間會積水，洗澡時要注意

Santa Grand Classic is beautiful, small, and in a beautiful location. We arrived late, came into our room, and then headed to the pool. Pool is nice and has an overview of the city. Once that closed at 10:30pm, we came back and took a shower in the wonderful bathroom. Shower was hot and the water pressure was delightful! Breakfast the next morning is above average as far as hotel breakfast - omelette station, waffles, breads, cheeses, fruits, asian cuisine, etc; very good in my opinion! Outside the hotel has art pieces and a lively atmosphere - just watch out for the birds in the trees right outside the hotel. They will poop on you!

Stay here is ok. Easy to find food and it's center Kuala lumpur. You can just walk too petaling street just next at the loby and Bukit bintang. I stayed with my family n 2 beautiful children. Oh ya, if you want to find car it's easy. Grab n taxi is everywhere. So grab it. If you bring your own car you need to find park area. The hotel not provide it.
