I am motivated to tell how gracious, welcoming and lovely is the owner of this charming villa ! Her name is Renate and she, along with Fritz were just the best hosts and we felt so good being there in Kitzbuhel ! You could tell that everyone else there at the cozy little bar had been there before, which says a lot ! Thank you Renate !

Welcoming comfortable and spacious - an ideal base for a ski trip to this beautiful area. The hosts were fabulous and being so centrally located, but still very quiet and private, was great! The kitchen was well equipped and delivery by. Local bakery of fresh bread and pastries the icing on the cake!

Un peu à part de la foule nous avons fait une pause apéro dans cet établissement . Le personnel et même les clients sont sympathiques. Ambiance cool à l extérieur à c?té d un petit chalet dans lequel le propriétaire sert et discute avec tout le monde .

We were near the end of a long and hot walk from Kirchberg to Kitzbühel when we walked past the small but lively bar outside the Villa Licht apartments and decided to stop for a drink. One drink turned into 2, and then we ended up going back again after dinner that night, and on another afternoon later in the week. The atmosphere was very convivial, and the drinks prices were very reasonable too. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Light with our family. The location is incredible, it has a great vibe. The outside bar is an amazing place to chill after a pond day on the slopes! The rooms are large and very comfortable. Everything is at hand. The owners made everything so easy and pleasant for us. We can highly recommend Villa Licht and we hope to visit again soon.
