Buon hotel, molto ma molto bello però c’è un unico problema: il freddo. Non é possibile che in un hotel 4 stelle da 100€ a notte ci sia un freddo disumano. Nel atrio principale (dove anche mangi la colazione) c’è tantissimo freddo tanto che le persone mangiano con il giubbotto. Noi siamo anche stati sfortunati perché il condizionatore che funzionava come riscaldamento non funzionava. Detto questo però un freddo del genere in un hotel è pazzesco. Ad alzare il voto di questo hotel rimane la vista che soprattutto nella terrazza é bellissima, perché riesci a guardare tutta la città. Un posto perfetto dove scattare bellissime foto. Anche l’arredamento era molto bello e curato nei minimi dettagli. Un consiglio: non comprare niente nel bar nel atrio, perché non vale il prezzo. Comodità: 4 Servizi: 4 Ambiente: 5 Temperatura: 1

This is a very beautiful hotel and we are very glad we had choosed it. It is near the old town center and its roof top has a amazing view at sunrise.

Nice hotel for 1-2 nights! Breakfast is on the roof with an amazing view! On the first floor there is a great restaurant with life music each evening. Strongly recommend staying if you are looking for authentic place.

Nice room, amazing interior and great location in the medina with a drop-off area 2-minute walk away (text the riad for drop-off location). Food was great. We left early in the morning before the breakfast time, they offered takeaway for the complementary breakfast. Lights were a bit dim in the room and the drain smelled in the bathroom.

Amazing staff, only 50 meters ftom the town centre yet quite as its located in a small side street. Best included breakfast I've had in the 30 days I've been touring Morocco. I hope to be back one day

The staff were VERY helpful and pleasant!
Very lovely common areas for guests to seat and relax and visit. Lovely quiet music playing during the day added to the relaxing atmosphere. The linens (sheets and towels) could use an upgrade. Easy and close to the main square.
