The wedding function for my sister was hosted at the Grand Heritage Hotel,Greater Noida and it was truly a captivating experience. The staff demonstrated exceptional support, assisting us throughout all the events. We extend our particular gratitude to Mr. Arpit, Mr. Neeraj, and Mr. Bhatt for their invaluable contributions in ensuring the seamless execution of all arrangements. Furthermore, the quality and taste of the food were outstanding. We sincerely appreciate the remarkable hospitality provided. Once again Grand heritage hotel team did a fantastic job . Thanks a ton Grand heritage team.

We had a wonderful experience hosting our wedding at this venue. Everything was beautifully arranged, and the ambience was elegant and welcoming. The management and staff were extremely supportive, cooperative, and attentive to every detail, which made our special day completely stress-free. The food was delicious and received a lot of appreciation from our guests, and the overall coordination was seamless. Our family and friends truly enjoyed the celebration. We are very happy with our choice and would highly recommend this venue for weddings and special occasions.

We hosted a wedding at this resort and overall it was a good experience. The arrangements were well managed and everything went smoothly during the events. A special mention to Neeraj bhaiya, Bhatt sir, and Arpit ji, who coordinated the wedding very well and ensured that things stayed on track throughout. Also, Manish bhai deserves appreciation for personally managing everything at the venue and being available whenever needed. Special thanks to all the staff as well, everybody was very helpful and cooperative throughout the stay and the wedding functions. Their support made the entire process much easier for us, and we were able to enjoy the functions without unnecessary stress. Overall, a well-managed venue and a reliable team.

Ambience & location is good. But the service part need to be improved. Staff response is poor. Overall experience is not good. Swimming pool water temperature is not maintained, so it's useless during winter season.

We are Kashmiri and chose The Grand Heritage specifically for a place where we could enjoy our cuisine and celebrate it authentically. Secondly, the team is exceptionally nice and helpful. Special mention to Mr. Arpit Gaur (GM), Mr. Neeraj Singh, and Mr. Kulbhushan Bhat who is Kashmiri himself and helped us immensely ***** with their team. Thank you all for making our memories so beautiful.

I had my wedding at Grand Heritage, and the arrangements were absolutely mind-blowing! Initially, we were a bit worried, but Mr. Arpit Gaur made sure we had the perfect time of our lives. From the stunning décor, delicious food, and mesmerizing lighting to the entry songs, DJ setup, and every little arrangement, everything was flawless. It truly felt like a dream fairytale wedding. The rooms were perfectly lit and beautifully decorated, adding to the magical experience. Overall, it was an unforgettable and seamless celebration. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is somewhat unclear and difficult to pinpoint, which made arrival a bit challenging. While the room was adequate for an overnight stay, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, and it is evident that the property could benefit from more regular maintenance and care. With some improvements, it has the potential to be significantly better. That said, it served its purpose acceptably for a single night.
