Staff was the most friendliest . Gave the best service and were the most understanding . The rooms were clean too. It would have been nice to get complimentary shower gel samples

What a wonderful place that I stayed at when my vehicle gave me problems. I don't usually stay in Ficksburg but this one is a real gem

This B&B has a unique layout for the guestrooms - where mingling with other guest is easy without giving up one’s privacy. Rain or sunshine – you’re treated to indoor and outdoor living. Make sure you’re hungry at breakfast time – it’s not a small portion. Will definitely return to the same address on my next visit.

What a wonderful experience! The host was super friendly, she prepared the utmost best meals for dinner and breakfast, she was there every time I needed something . What an absolute experience, GREAT HOSPITALITY !

Always pleasant staying here, my room was smaller than the last one, but maybe it was by price, but overall beautiful stay as always. Please replace the shower heads with more efficient ones, as that will save our shower time, which means we use less water.

The lady that met us on arrival was not the host, but she tried her best. We booked this accomadation according to the photos on the website, but the room we received did NOT look like the photos. The bathroom did not have a door, and the blinds was old and broken. The whole bathroom was not up to standard for a guest house The electric cord of the microwave was to short and if you wanted to use it, it needed to be moved right to the edge of the bench to reach the plug. Seems a bit unsafe.There was one floppy plastic teaspoon. The fridge was off and it would have been nice to have cold water in the fridge after a long drive in a very hot. The carpets needed a good clean, as my feet were dirty after walking on it. Sorry to say, but we will not recomend " Die Kersiehuis" at all
