    • Guest：What a gem! Beautiful b&b a stone's throw from the sea front. Hosts Jane and Neil are extremely welcoming. Rooms are clean, well presented and ensuite. Breakfast is exceptional, everything prepared fresh to order, including homemade bread, granary and white for the toast. Bed was very comfortable and there were no restrictions on coming and going with keys provided for front door and room. Located a 5 minute walk from the centre of Cromer and train station. Parking, although on street was not a problem. Will definitely return next year. Thank you both for a lovely stay!

They are a genuine and lovely couple, and we are always made very welcome. Breakfast at the Knoll is super delicious, cooked to perfection, and always enjoyed.     • Guest：A lovely guest house - spotlessly clean with extremely friendly hosts, Jane and Neil, who are always ready to help. Highly recommended! I arrived in the early evening of the Thursday and was shown to a beautiful room on the first floor. The bay windows had a view of the sea, which was lovely! Parking was easy - there was plenty of room on the street and, if that had been a problem, there is a car park around 1 minute away. The shower room is small, but it’s an en-suite that has been created from a corner of the room, and has everything you would need. Breakfasts are generous, and they are happy to adapt to your requirements. They were also happy to recommend places nearby for dinner and to point me in the right direction for excursions.
