Residence Aspen

Located a few minutes’ walk from the main ski elevators in Arabba, Residence Aspen offers Alpine-style apartments with balcony. Guests have access to a wellness center with sauna and outdoor hot tub.

All apartments have a kitchenette, living area and bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. A dishwasher and flat-screen TV are also provided in each unit.

Residence Aspen is 12 mi from Canazei. The Selva di Val Gardena area is reachable in 45 minutes by car.

  • Guest：This is the best apartment in Arabba. Really good facilities close to the slopes and Danielle and the team looked after us very well after my wife’s ski accident. The spa is lovely and there is sky tv - very unusual in Arabba. Only think to note is that it does not participate in any of the local tourist offers like special ski pass offers etc.
  • Guest：We loved every moment of our vacation in this hotel. If we ski in the Dolomites, we only stay here. Comfortable apartments, incredible hospitality and attentiveness. The ski slope is close, the wellness is pleasant, the staff is helpful and attentive. The only problem is that it's hard to book here because it's too popular. ??
  • Guest：Great to be back and stay in this wonderful place so close to the slopes and the centre of Arabba, . Great facilities including a lovely spa, very comfortable beds, full kitchen and dishwasher. Huge thanks to Daniela for looking after us again.
  • Guest：Siamo appena rientrati da un soggiorno di dieci giorni e già vorremmo ritornare.Il residence è veramente confortevole e la pulizia impeccabile. La struttura offre anche un centro benessere con due vasche idromassaggio una esterna , sauna , bagno turco e diverse poltrone massaggianti per il massimo relax. è presente una zona lavanderia a disposizione dei clienti con lavatrici ed asciugatrici. Daniela ( la responsabile della struttura) è fantastica sempre attenta ad accogliere e soddisfare ogni esigenza. Grazie per l’ospitalità ricevuta.
