I saw all the 5 star reviews so I booked here for 3 days. Fulvio the owner messaged and sent me great directions to use in the satnav and also using the local landmarks so I found it easily. It's dirtrack just before the building on the right and the entrance is at the back. Fulvio welcomed me as I drove in which was nice as I am disabled. I use a walker and have COPD so I can't walk far. He spoke great english.He offered to take my bags to my room but I had afew things so I was ok. all the rooms are on the first floor and Fulvio said he would put me in the closest disabled adapted room which was good of him. They have a lift that goes to the first floor but you have to hold the button down all the way when going up or down but it worked fine. The room was fantastic. Huge in fact. You said a seating area at the entrance, a great disabled accessible bathroom and the bed was really comfy. It even had a fridge. It was rustic but really nicely done. And everything was spotless. The Aircon was great and the WiFi was easy to set up and worked perfectly all the time I was there. There was a TV but I never turned it on as I don't understand Italian at all.The hazelnut and walnut farm obviously is in the countryside so it was really quiet at night which I loved and the views all sound were staggering with the Alps almost in every direction.. Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:30 and Fulvios momma and her assistant were really helpful especially with my disability. They let me sit out and brought everything out for me and because momma doesn't speak a word of English she basically brought EVERYTHING out for to eat haha. I had a my own fruit bowl, bread,butter and mommas homemade marmalade apricot jam which were so tasty I could have ate it all day haha. There was also two types of local cheeses which again tasted great and then she also brought out two different types of homemade cakes. One was like a jam tart and the like a cream filled sponge. Even the coffee was like rocket fuel. I was in heaven.. mommas cats were friendly too especially the little ginger one. The furniture outside was so different, some old style chairs to modern furniture and even a fireball table. I couldn't find anything at all wrong here. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and I will definitely come here again and again. It's like a hidden treasure but everyone who stays here absolutely loves it so well done Fulvio,momma,Pietro and the maid who sadly I didn't catch her name but she was really friendly. Definitely stay here, you won't regret it and tell me how you found it afterwards

Très belle batisse rénovée. H?tes très accueillant. Les chambres sont très belles. Facile piur se garer et au calme absolu.

Appena rientrati da un weekend nelle Langhe con una coppia di amici. Pernottamento e prima colazione qui! Siamo stati accolti con molta semplicità da mamma e figlio, proprietari di questo agriturismo davvero molto bello, circondato da frutteti, piante di nocciole e di castagne. Camere pulite, spaziose e curate nei particolari, con una bella vista sul Monviso. Colazione genuina, con prodotti fatti in casa - ottime la torta di nocciole e la marmellata di albicocche -. Consigliato anche per famiglie con bambini: non mancano ampi spazi per giocare. Faremo il bis appena ne riavremo occasione!

Accueil parfait (en fran?ais !) , chambre au top, petit dej délicieux et prix abordable. What else ?! La situation du g?te est à quelques minutes en voiture de Cuneo, donc très facile pour sortir le soir :) On est au milieu des champs de noisettes !

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits avec plusieurs amis dans ce magnifique domaine. Le site est splendide. Les chambres spacieuses, très propres, au calme avec tout le confort et une décoration soignée. Les petits-déjeuners sont copieux avec de délicieux gateaux faits maisons. L’atout majeur est l’accueil qui nous a été réservé. Fulvio, sa mère et son fils ont été à notre écoute avec bienveillance. J’espère que vous aurez cette chance de vous y rendre.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux, les chambres propres et fonctionnelles. Le batiment est magnifique dans un environnement calme et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec des gateaux faits maison. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Posto molto tranquillo camere pulite accoglienti e bene fornite accoglienza molto buona . Collazione abbondante e di ottima qualità . Solo un piccolo appunto per noi manca una piscina. Proprietario molto preparato ci ha indirizzato a fare delle visite stupende . Grazie di tutto ritorneremo

Soggiorno molto piacevole, immersi nel verde in un agriturismo che vi fa staccare dalla vita frenetica piemontese. Ho soggiornato due notti per motivi di lavoro, ma ho trovato un ambiente a conduzione familiare molto sereno è disponibile. La colazione non era ricchissima, ma aveva tutti prodotti a km 0 con torte fatte in casa e caffè di moka, molto apprezzato. Consiglio vivamente! Camere molto grandi con tutti i confort possibili. Molto soddisfatta

Un accueil très sympathique de notre h?te et des conseils touristiques précieux. l'emplacement proche de Cunéo est un plus. les chambres sont très confortables et le petit déjeuner très bon ! je recommande !

Très bon accueil, notre h?te a été très présent et aux petits soins. Nous étions venus il y a 8 ans et c'est avec aucun regret que nous y sommes retournés. Nous y retournerons certainement. Petit clin à la Mamma qui est toujours aussi gentille.
