  • Guest：The villa and the administrators do not provide any services. This is extremely negative, given the high rental prices (3'000 - 4'000 Euros per week). Under the guise of "self catering villa" the tenant is obliged to buy in a supermarket the garbage bags, toilet paper, capsules for cleaning the washing machine etc. etc.... In addition, the administrators/owners "sell" air conditioning and a safe as an option. On top of that, the WiFi network is more than random and of low quality. Finally, you can expect power cuts. In summary, the price corresponds to a high standard villa, the service and the options provided resemble more or less a medium/low standard hotel.
  • Guest：We are just coming to the end of a week’s visit. The accommodation for the 4 of us has been perfect. Needed a late check in as late flight, but was super easy all information was given prior and on our first morning we had a rep who kindly gave us all the information we needed about the accommodation and surrounding area. Villa was clean, all the appliances were great and there was enough living space for us with the added bonus of Sky TV and some good channels. The pool area was amazing, really well kept and the water was great. Daughter is partial to ear infections but hasn’t had one here. Perfect. The location is great for walking into town - but as it’s an expensive area generally you really do need a car to explore the beautiful local beaches, restaurants and supermarket. If coming back to Sardinia would defo look to stay here. Thanks for a great holiday.
