  • Guest：Posizione, pulizia, arredi..tutto benissimo. Asciugamani e lenzuola morbidissimi. Nicolle, precisa e molto gentile. Parcheggio comodo fuori ztl a 5 minuti dagli appartamenti. Consigliato assolutamente!
  • Guest：Sono tornato dopo più di due anni in uno dei Niki Apartments e sono ancora una volta rimasto molto soddisfatto. Posizionato in zona centrale, vicino a tanti locali e alla Cattedrale e altri bellissimi edifici, l'appartamento era davvero molto, molto carino, molto ben attrezzato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Check-in è check-out sono illustrati in modo molto dettagliato e tutte le informazioni necessarie sono sempre ben spiegate. La host Nicolle ha sempre fornito spiegazioni e risposto alle richieste velocemente. In generale mi è piaciuto tantissimo e lo consiglio davvero.
  • Guest：We stayed in the flat Niki O. Charme for 2 nights and can only warmly recommend it. The system with the electronic codes to get into the flat worked perfectly. Spacious old building, modern, perfectly renovated with kitchen, washing machine and very good double bed and equipment. The location is very central in the old town and very quiet. Niki gave us great insider tips for restaurants and bars.
  • Guest：We stayed there one night - the apartment (#4) was super nice, clean, and spacious and wasted on use since we only stayed one night (I could see this becoming a nice temporary home for a week easily). The location is excellent. The owner is super friendly and proactive - we never met her but the communication via Whatsapp was flawless.
