    Located in Castelrotto, within the Sciliar-Catinaccio Nature Park, the family-run Residence Trocker offers Alpine-style apartments and rooms with a balcony. The property features a small wellness area with free Finnish sauna and Turkish bath.

    Apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette plus a bathroom with hairdryer. Each has a living area with satellite TV, while some boast views of Mount Sciliar. A shared laundry and ironing facilities are available.

    • Guest：Wir waren vom 25.Juni -29.Juni 2022 das erste Mal hier. Seit 25 Jahre kommen wir nach Kastelruth. Aber so eine Super Unterkunft hatten wir noch nie.Die Zimmer, Früchstück usw. k?nnen wir nur nur bestens empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer aufgestellt.

Spero di ritornarci presto e riuscire a gustare più piatti del loro tradizionale menù Sarei curioso di dormire lì e fare colazione ! Chissà che meraviglia
    • Guest：Posto bello e pulito, camere grandi e spaziose. Ci è stata assegnata la mansarda, adiacente alla terrazza con idromassaggio. Il soffitto era dunque inclinato ma questo non ha reso gli spazi meno vivibili. Anzi, essendo proprio sotto al tetto potevamo vedere le stelle dal lucernaio direttamente sdraiati a letto (è comunque presente un oscurante se necessario). La reception ed il bar (con sala fumatori) chiudono alle 19:00. La colazione è abbondante anche nella parte dolce. Proprio di fronte all'ingresso c'è la fermata del bus che porta all'impianto di risalita.
    • Guest：Cominciamo dalla cose che ci sono piacoute: camera ampia pulita con terrazzo, tranquillità e posizione. Passando invece alle cose che ci perplimono, ma già lette in altre recensioni: la struttura ha la singolarità di avere una zona fumatori, nello specifico il bar, collegato con reception e col resto della hall , che invece e' per non fumatori. Peccato che la puzza di fumo, d'estate, con vetrate aperte, ristagni al piano terra. è la domanda che ci facciamo è: ma d'inverno che succede??? Poi la ritrosia dei gestori ad accettare pagamenti con carte o bonifici. Qui addirittura nella mail di conferma della prenotazione e nel depliant in camera era riportato l'obbligo di pagare in contanti, cosa poi non vera. Altra particolarità il caffè espresso non è incluso nella colazione, ma si paga a parte.
