  • Guest：Apartment is in an excellent location especially if you are attending the opera. Lots of restaurants nearby and an Aldi within 8 mins walk. It was well equipped, spacious and clean. Communication was the biggest problem. The company did not acknowledge our arrival time which they had requested. On arrival there was no one to let us into the building and no information was supplied with key codes. They didn't answer any of the phone numbers provided and one was disconnected. After 30 mins they did answer and talked us through getting inside and accessing the key. No further information was provided on the phone or inside the apartment. We had to chase them again the next day for the WiFi code - something that should be readily available and visible when you arrive. The cleaning staff are also a problem. They clog the lift with their equipment between 9:30 - 3 each day making it un-usable. On our last day, check out was 11 and they barged in using their own keys at 9:30 when we we partly dressed. This is unacceptable and could be distressing to some visitors especially those travelling solo.

  • Guest：The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. It is well equipped. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Excellent location. The hosts should consider improving their communication. They took weeks to reply to my emails before my stay. The apartment is difficult to identify from outside (no signs) so I had to ask a local where I was staying. They took a while to answer their phone when I was trying to check in and left no instructions about how to check out - even after I messaged to ask. The lock on the door was difficult to operate and I got stuck outside the apartment for 30 minutes one evening, which was stressful as I was travelling alone. Although the hosts did answer their phone on this occasion and eventually sent me a video to show me how to work the lock (evidently not the first time this had happened), this was not until I had been sent downstairs to find another key, because there were no staff on the premises and they were reluctant to send someone in. If the hosts could address these issues, I would give five stars.
